Landscape Design Workshop reports completion of Las Olas Beach Club
Fort Lauderdale, FL – Landscape Design Workshop, a Boca Raton-based landscape architecture and planning design studio, has announced the completion of a 35,000-square-foot amenity deck renovation at Las Olas Beach Club, 101 S. Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Erez Bar-Nur, founder and principal designer for Landscape Design Workshop, served as Project Lead Designer for the renovation for Las Olas Beach Club Condominium Association, Inc.
Las Olas Beach Club is an Ocean-front condominium overlooking the famed Fort Lauderdale beach to the east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west. Developed on a 2-acre site with 148 luxury apartments in a 29-story building.
Landscape Design Workshop provided services including visioning, conceptual site plan, hardscape, fountain & water features, planting, lighting and irrigation plans as well as construction administration services.
