Site Work Begins At Chiquita Banana Site In Midtown Miami

Construction has started at the Chiquita Banana at 2900 NE 2nd Ave in Midtown Miami. The 6.6 acre site was sold by Alex Vadia and purchased by AMLI Residential for $55 million in November 2015. AMLI Residential plan on bringing over 700 apartments to the site.

Landscape Design Workshop, a Boca Raton design studio, is the landscape architect for this project.
