2900 Terrace, a 38-Story Mixed-Use Tower

(City of Miami, Fla. – October 9, 2024) Construction permits for 2900 Terrace, a 38-story mixed-use tower planned at 401 Northeast 29th Street in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, are advancing through the approval process.

The development will feature 324 upscale apartments designed with spacious layouts to meet the growing demand for luxury rentals. The development’s prime location is close to shopping and dining destinations in Midtown Miami and the Miami Design District, enhancing its appeal to prospective tenants.
