Botaniko 11/3/2017 Update: Place Making

Community master planning comes to life: planting Date Palms at the entries to Botaniko, one of our single family master planned communities located in Weston, Florida. Botaniko is a master planned 120-acre residential community with 125 luxurious estate lots designed by Landscape Design Workshop.

The entry planting is anchored by a bosquet of Date Palms, currently being planted. Soon to follow are the flowering trees, forming a secondary canopy. Finally the low vegetation will be composed of tropical shrubs and grasses.
