Miramar, FL – Landscape Design Workshop has received the 2017 American Architecture Prize Honorable Mention in the category of Landscape Architecture / Residential Landscape Architecture for their project AMLI Miramar Park.
The common area in AMLI Miramar Park rental community aspire to be more than just the transitional space between one’s apartment and one’s car. Landscape Design Workshop set up to create an outdoor environment that provides a quality of life typically associated with home ownership.
The common area is located in the open space nestled between the surrounding buildings. It is composed of a series of distinct spaces that are interconnect and seamlessly flow into each other. The garden spaces are more intimate and provide an opportunity for quiet contemplation whereas the clubhouse and the pool area offer the opportunity to socialize.
Landscape Design Workshop is an award-winning landscape architecture and planning design studio which specializes in designing multi-family communities that feature resort-like amenities and lush tropical character. The boutique studio caters to South Florida developers, property managers and community association leaders who seek outdoor living areas for residential, resort or mixed-use assets.
The firm has completed projects throughout Florida, providing master planning, hardscape design, pool design, lighting design, streetscapes, parks and open spaces.
Landscape Design Workshop provided services including master planning, hardscape, fountain, pool & water features, planting, lighting and irrigation plans as well as construction administration services.
Erez Bar-Nur, founder and principal designer for Landscape Design Workshop, served as Project Lead Designer for the project. Mr. Bar-Nur is a licensed Professional Landscape Architect (PLA). He is also active on the City of Boca Raton’s Green Living Advisory Board.
