Landscape Design Workshop wins Honorable Mention

February 15, 2019

Aventura, FL - Landscape Design Workshop has won 2019 World Architecture & Design Awards Honorable Mention for their project Admiral’s Port.

The focal point of this waterfront community is an expansive 60,000 square foot amenity deck designed to inspire the residents to enjoy and explore the outdoor environment.

Landscape Design Workshop designed this amenity deck within the context of the original structure and created a community centerpiece providing a resort lifestyle for its residents.

The project is located in the City of Aventura with two 22-story towers overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Williams Island. The amenity deck spans the space between the two towers and sits on top of a parking garage. Half of the community’s 600 units have a direct view of the deck from their balconies.
