Landscape Design Workshop Wins 2020 MUSE Design Awards Gold

(City of Miami, Florida – October 8, 2020)With submissions numbering up to 4618 entries, submitted from more than 57 countries, Landscape Design Workshop has won Gold recognitionin the 2020MUSE Design Awards competition for their AMLI MidTown Miami project created for AMLI Residential.

AMLI MidTown Miami is a vibrant new community spanning 3 city blocks, it is designed to embrace the core principles of New Urbanism and Smart Growth. This infill development project replaced a blighted industrial site with a residential community that melds into the surrounding urban fabric. The 6.6-acre site is located in the City of Miami, Florida; this pedestrian friendly project accommodates over 700 apartments in 3 separate mid-rise buildings. The buildings are connected via flyover pedestrian bridges creating a multi layered and inter-connected ecosystem of gardens, open spaces and recreational amenities.
