Las Olas Ocean Resort Progress Update

The columns for the arrival area and the double height porte cochère are complete and work is progressing to the automated parking deck levels.

When complete, the porte cochère arrival area will include a cascading fountain flowing from the mezzanine level into the street level. The retail breezeway will provide a view corridor, visually connecting the Intracoastal Waterway with the Atlantic Ocean and serving as gateway to the beach.
