Citadel developer gets OK
(Downtown Miami, Florida – February 7, 2025) Oak Row Equities wins unanimous approval from the Miami Urban Development Review Board to reactivate the rehabilitation of the historically designated Salvation Army Citadel building in Miami and develop an adjacent property. They plan a restoration of the remaining historic portion of the Citadel building, demolition of a later addition, and construction of a new mixed-use residential development. A natural green wall will be located behind the historic Citadel building.
