Mr. C West Palm Beach: Progress Update
(West Palm Beach, Florida – May 12, 2026) Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach is progressing through early construction milestones. Located along the Lakeview Avenue corridor, the project brings the Mr. C brand’s hospitality driven lifestyle to downtown West Palm Beach, supported by a landscape vision that emphasizes waterfront character, outdoor comfort, and a refined sense of arrival.
Developed by Terra and designed by Arquitectonica, with Landscape Design Workshop leading the landscape architecture, the team continues to coordinate closely as the building advances vertically and prepares for upcoming site and amenity phases.
With the foundation complete and the lower levels emerging, the framework for future outdoor environments is becoming more defined. As construction progresses, the project will begin to reveal the elevated terraces, pool deck, and outdoor gathering spaces that will shape the resident and guest experience and express the project’s landscape identity.

Team
Landscape Design Workshop is a collaborative studio shaped by a close-knit, multidisciplinary team with backgrounds in landscape architecture and urban design. Working together in a hands-on design environment, the team brings shared ideas, experience, and technical expertise to every project.
Led by founder Erez Bar-Nur, the studio is supported by designers with experience in master planning, multifamily and mixed-use developments, and sustainable site design. Projects are carried seamlessly from concept through construction to ensure cohesive, executed results.
Using native plants, gardens, water features, and shaded gathering spaces, the team focuses on how landscapes are experienced day by day. Collaboration—within the studio and alongside architects, engineers, and other partners—remains central to delivering cohesive outdoor environments.
