Oak Row Equities Break Ground on 2900 Terrace
(Miami, Florida – November 10, 2025) Oak Row Equities, in partnership with LNDMRK Development, has officially broken ground on 2900 Terrace, a luxury multifamily tower in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, following the securing of $210.5 million in construction financing. The milestone underscores continued investor confidence in Miami’s multifamily market and signals the next phase of development for the prominent mixed-use project.
The 2900 Terrace development is approved for 324 residential units and approximately 16,257 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Construction is underway, with completion anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2027. The project is strategically located in Edgewater, one of Miami’s fastest-growing residential corridors, and is designed to deliver a high-end living experience within an urban waterfront context.
Residents of 2900 Terrace will have access to an extensive suite of lifestyle-focused amenities, including a fitness center, yoga studio, spa treatment rooms, sauna, golf simulator, theater, co-working spaces with podcast studios, a content creator studio, pet spa, card room, lounge, children’s playroom, resort-style pool, summer kitchen, and two padel courts. The amenity program reflects a growing emphasis on wellness, flexibility, and social connection in contemporary multifamily living.

Landscape Design Workshop is a collaborative studio shaped by a close-knit, multidisciplinary team with backgrounds in landscape architecture and urban design. Working together in a hands-on design environment, the team brings shared ideas, experience, and technical expertise to every project.
