Aura Delray Beach is a thoughtfully designed, 292-apartment community situated in the heart of Delray Beach. This vibrant community is a sanctuary where residents can thrive, surrounded by lush, green spaces that cater to various activities and social gatherings.
The community's bio-swales and retention areas are closely associated with the green spaces, adding to the visual appeal and ecological value of the landscape. These features ensure that nature is an integral part of daily life at Aura Delray Beach.
Pedestrian connectivity is a cornerstone of the community's design. These pathways weave through the green spaces and bio-swales, offering residents safe and convenient routes for walking and socializing. Additionally, Aura Delray Beach boasts excellent connectivity to public transportation and the city greenway, providing residents with easy access to urban amenities and outdoor recreation.
