(Miami, Florida – May 1, 2026) Located in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, 2900 Terrace is a mixed‑use residential development anchored by a 38‑story tower, an active urban plaza, and a podium‑level amenity deck. The landscape design brings a strong placemaking focus to the project, with a shaded, pedestrian‑friendly plaza, flexible seating areas, and a series of sculptural outdoor spaces that encourage social interaction and community life.
Developed by Oak Row Equities and designed by Arquitectonica, 2900 Terrace is being built by Coastal Construction with Landscape Design Workshop leading the landscape architecture. The team continues to coordinate closely as the project advances through key construction milestones.
Construction is moving steadily upward, with the Level 6 amenity deck now being formed and poured. From the street, the concrete structure is taking shape, marking a visible step forward as the project begins to reveal its future outdoor spaces.
