PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Luxury water-front condominium with incredible ocean and Intracoastal views. Developed on a 2.4-acre site with 125 luxury apartments in a 30-story building. Atlantic One at the point is part of a larger 36-acre development with (5) 30-story towers & 63 courtyard homes.
Landscape Design Workshop provided a new vision for the common areas including the porte cochere and the lobby water feature. The new vision provides a fresh and modern design vocabulary, compatible with the building’s architecture. The porte cochere fountain is upgraded with a building entry sign that is incorporated into the existing structure. The lobby water feature design draws its inspiration from Paley Park wall fountain in New York and the Ira Keller Fountain in Portland Oregon. It is designed as a transition between a 3-story garage structure and the lobby’s 2-story high glass windows.
