PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Luxury ocean-front condominium overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Bal Harbour beach with lush sea-side vegetation to the east, and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay to the west. Developed on a 4.4-acre site with 116 luxury apartments in a 25-story building.
Landscape Design Workshop provided a new vision for the 4-acre common area including the pool deck with 300 feet of direct beach frontage and the tower entry. The design draws on the rich history of the tower and is focused on restoring its grand tradition.
