Terra Group Breaks Ground on New Residential Community
(Miami-Dade County – February 4, 2021)Terra Group breaks ground on Natura Gardens in Northwest Miami-Dade. Landscape Design workshop envisioned the landscape and outdoor spaces for this 27-acre community with 460 Garden-Style Apartments.

Site amenities will include a clubhouse with a resort-style pool, a spa, a game room, and a children's playroom; a tot lot equipped with electronics charging stations; a fitness center with yoga, spinning, and aerobics studios; co-working spaces; a coffee bar; and a dog park. A dedicated walking and running trail will also run through the community.
