PROJECT DESCRIPTION
220-unit waterfront condominium with spectacular views of Biscayne Bay. The project consists of a 21-story tower built over 2 levels of parking developed on 2.3-acre parcel.
Landscape Design Workshop re-envisioned the entire property. The scope of work included a master plan, phasing plan, entry water feature, entry drive, pool deck, and bay side and marina areas.
